The gasket at the flange joint between the pipe coming from the exhaust manifold and the first silencer tends to wear out due to the stresses at this junction. To confirm this, the fixing bolts of the two flanges have springs to provide greater flexibility at the joint.

To replace the gasket, unscrew the fixing bolts of the flanged connection, remove any remnants of the old gasket, and insert the new one with the conical side facing upwards. Finally, screw in the bolts with the corresponding springs.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
