How to Reset the Oil Light on a 2005 Toyota Matrix

If the orange oil light on the dashboard of your 2005 Toyota Matrix stays on despite having recently changed the oil, follow this guide. First, ensure the ignition is off. Then, press and hold the button located at the bottom right of the dashboard while turning the ignition on. The display will start to flash. Wait for it to stop flashing, then release the button to complete the reset of the light.
