To replace the diesel filter on a Toyota RAV 4, open the bonnet to locate the component: it will be positioned in the upper right part of the engine bay, just below the windscreen on the driver's side. To remove it from its housing, loosen the screws securing it, disconnect the connectors and the fuel lines; at this point, you can insert the new diesel filter, connecting and securing it properly to ensure everything functions correctly.
