First, for safety, ensure the key is not inserted, then open the bonnet, loosen the nut on the negative terminal with a 10 mm spanner, and disconnect it. Repeat the process for the positive terminal, unscrew the two nuts of the upper mounting bracket, and remove the battery from its housing.

To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure, ensuring to reconnect the positive terminal before the negative.
