Replacing the Air Filter on a Toyota Yaris

If you want to replace the engine air filter on this model of car yourself, the steps necessary for a proper replacement are summarised below. After lifting the bonnet, locate the air filter housing on the left side. Loosen the hose clamp of the air duct and then unclip the retaining clips of the filter cover to remove it. Then, take out the old filter and replace it with the new one, before closing the cover and securing the clips, and finally reattaching the air duct.
