Replacement of Front Brake Pads

Model: Toyota Prius Xw30, MK 2 - Years 2009-2015

To replace the front brake pads, it is advisable to lift the vehicle on a ramp, but you can also work with a jack (always apply a jack stand for safety); proceed by removing the front wheel, then move on to the fixing pins of the brake caliper; once the caliper is removed, extract the old pads and remove the sliding plates; then apply the new plates after brushing the corresponding housing and insert the new pads; finally, reassemble the brake caliper after retracting the piston by pressing it with a mole grip.
