In this video we can see where the fuel pump is located in the Toyota RAV4 and how to proceed in case we need to replace it, a very simple operation. As shown, the pump is located on the upper side of the tank, just below the rear seat. To access it and then remove it, first disconnect the negative pole of the battery, then open the left rear door and lift the seat of the sofa. Then open the indicated door, disconnect both the power connector and the fuel tubes and unscrew the fixing bolts along the perimeter. At this point, all that remains is to remove the pump from the tank and install the replacement if necessary.
