How to turn off the engine light on a Toyota vehicle

In this video, see three methods to turn off the engine light. The first is using an OBD11 device and our EOBD (European On Board Diagnostic) socket.

From there, you can find the error code, decode it using one of the many apps available for download on your smartphone, and then clear it. The second method is to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, allowing the system to reset. Reconnecting it will restore everything; however, this method has the disadvantage that you will need the radio code to restart it, and you will also need to reset the date and time.

The last method: Remove the cover of the fuse box and the mirror diagram on it, look for the ECU or ECM fuse, remove the fuse briefly, and then replace it. This will reset the control unit.

How to Reset the Tire Pressure Light on a MG ZS?
