In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the window regulator mechanism on a Toyota Camry. First, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, then open the door in question and remove the inner cover of the mirror, the plug inside the handle, and the switch panel.

Next, unscrew the various indicated screws, separate the panel from the door, remove the soundproofing cover, and unscrew the bolts securing the glass. At this point, secure the glass to the upper frame using tape, unscrew the bolts of the mechanism, and extract it from the lower slot.

To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
