To replace the cabin air filter of the Toyota Hiace, we must position ourselves in the front passenger seat, then open the glove compartment in the dashboard in front of us, move the two white plastic levers inward on the edge where the door is hinged. Release the panel below, mounted horizontally we find the cover that we will open by acting on the fastening clip, remove the filter clamp and extract it. With a blast of compressed air, clean the inside of the housing and insert the new filter element, replace the clamp, cover, and dashboard panel by locking it with the two levers.
