Changing gears on a motorcycle is not easy for beginners: most motorcycles have a sequential gearbox with the pattern shown in the video: 1st gear down, "N" (neutral) between 1st and 2nd; then 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th gear upwards. To shift up, accelerate to increase the engine revs, pull the clutch lever (left lever on the handlebars), lift the gear lever with the tip of your foot to select the higher gear, and gradually release the clutch while accelerating. To downshift, reduce acceleration, pull the clutch, press the gear lever down with your heel, and release the clutch. To find neutral, from first gear, slightly lift the gear lever: an "N" will light up on the dashboard. Be careful not to forget the clutch; do not skip gears, and always listen to the engine.

How to replace the coolant in the BMW S1000 R
