In this video we can see how to repair the door seal on a Corvette C5, but the method is basically the same on any type of car. If there are any cracks, we can use black silicone; we can easily find it in physical stores or online, for example on youtools-store.com with code 55377 at a price of 5.23 euros + 6.50 euros for shipping. We clean the surface thoroughly, then put a piece of tape inside the rubber, apply the silicone and then smooth the surface with a wet towel. To make sure it doesn't stick to the top of the seal, we spray a little silicone spray, then let it dry; we can use the same method for any crack or gap that has occurred in the door seals.
