If the headliner of our vehicle is light-colored and very dirty, there is a possibility to clean it. As the YouTuber advises, the first thing to do is to clean the plastic parts of the pillars. The reason is simple: if we only clean the headliner, we risk bringing along the dirt from the pillars, which are definitely not clean. To clean the plastics, a neutral cleaner will suffice; nothing aggressive. As for the fabric part of the headliner, we spray with a product suitable for cleaning carpets or rugs, using a large sponge, but not directly on the headliner to avoid staining it. We rub gently: this is a very delicate area, and using too much force would be a mistake. The last step is to use a damp cloth that has been well wrung out. Let it dry thoroughly in the air.
