Today, we will see how to check the status of a car fuse. Inside the vehicle, there are usually two fuse boxes, located in the cabin and under the bonnet. The fuse is a protection that breaks when there is an electrical problem; the most common causes are: overload, short circuit, or a faulty component. To check the operation of a fuse, you can use a fuse tester. Place the ground clamp on the bodywork or the negative terminal of the battery and touch the fuse with the two small metal points. If it lights up on both sides, the fuse is OK; if it lights up only on one side, the fuse is blown. If it does not light up on either side, there is no power in the circuit, but in these cases, it does not necessarily mean that the fuse is the problem.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
