Removing the External Door Handle of the Car

Need to remove the external door handle of the car? Start by prising it off from above the door. Use a plastic or metal lever to pry between the window crank and the door panel. Once you have removed the crank from the panel, locate the securing screws and unscrew them from above the panel. Once the door panel is detached, you can remove the handle (unscrew the securing screws from the inside). Pull out the external handle. Fit the new handle inside the door. Screw in the securing screws and reattach the cover panel.
