Fitting an Additional Control Unit on a Common Rail Diesel Engine

Lift the bonnet and remove the engine cover. Disconnect the connector at the top of the rail, which has a yellow safety tab: push it outwards with a small flathead screwdriver. Once done, remove the pressure sensor connector from the rail. Insert the input connector of the additional control unit and close the connector, then connect the output connector as shown in the video. Secure the cables and the control unit so they do not move excessively and are in a safe position. Refit the engine cover. As you can see, this is a very simple operation.
