Replacing the Instrument Cluster

How do you replace the instrument cluster in your car? Begin by removing the plastic trim around the instrument cluster (without breaking the plastic clips) and detach it from the dashboard (if present on the instrument cluster). Unscrew the securing screws located above and below the cluster, then disconnect the power connectors after removing the piece. Once the instrument cluster is out, prepare to install a new piece or refit the same one (repair the instrument cluster if necessary). Finally, screw the securing screws back in.
