The engine warning light is a very important warning light in order to be able to make a correct diagnosis of the problem in time without incurring more serious problems. The engine warning light can be flashing or fixed, however it will need to be checked very carefully. One of the reasons the warning light may come on is a fuel system malfunction due to poor quality fuel. Most of the time, it will be enough to top up the problem with a better fuel to solve the problem. Another reason for the engine warning light to come on may be a low engine oil level. To solve this problem, which may have been caused by the deterioration of the oil seal rings, it will be sufficient to replace them. The crankshaft position sensor, if defective, can also trigger the engine warning light, preventing it from starting. In this case, it must necessarily be replaced. A more serious problem can be a mechanical failure of the engine. In this case the temperature could reach and exceed the limit. It will be necessary to stop the engine immediately and allow it to cool before carefully inspecting it. Malfunction of the ECU memory will also cause the engine warning light to come on. It will be advisable to have it checked by your trusted mechanic. In conclusion, whatever the damage, the help of an expert hand will always be advisable.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
