How to replace the fuel pump on a Daewoo Kalos?

The procedure for disassembling the fuel pump of a Daewoo Kalos is as follows. First you have to fold down the rear seats and remove the bottom cover. You will find a quick release on the right side of the seat and by intervening on the release you will further fold the seats. In this way the position of the pump will be clearly visible. Remove the plastic cover with a simple screwdriver because it is press fit. Remove the electrical clamp. Remove the fuel hose connections as shown in the video using a screwdriver. Again with a screwdriver and a hammer, tap on one edge of the ring that holds the pump fixed to make it turn as if to unscrew it. At this point you can remove the old pump to be replaced. To reassemble it, follow the steps in reverse. A replacement pump can be found online for around 200 euros.
