Let’s see how to replace the fuel pump, which may burn out over time, on a motorcycle. This video shows a Yamaha Majesty 400, but the principle is correct and applicable to other maxi scooters as well.

The presenter of the video removed all the plastic fairings and to work more comfortably, he separated the metal frame from the aluminium part. The aforementioned pump is located under the seat on the left side, so once accessed, disconnect the power cables, the fuel inlet and outlet hoses, and finally, unscrew the locking pins.

After installing the new pump, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
