Operation: Everything you ever wanted to know about AdBlue

We've all wondered about AdBlue. Urea (of which AdBlue is a trade name) is a fertilizer. In fact, it is non-toxic and non-flammable. Sure we can't drink it, but it's not harmful. When the European Union wanted to reduce emissions from cars, this additive was developed for diesel cars based on Urea, which reduces nitrogen oxides in water and gaseous nitrogen, components that are not harmful to the atmosphere. Conversely, nitrogen oxides are extremely dangerous for humans and the environment. AdBlue is only used for Diesel because there is a lot of oxygen in the exhaust gases of diesel cars, which cannot be controlled, unlike petrol cars, where this component is burned by the engine more regularly. The consumption of this additive is very low; it is between 2 and 6% for each liter of diesel.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
