To replace the rearview mirror glass, you must first use a fender protection cover to avoid damaging the car components and use masking tape to mask the mirror housing. To remove the mirror from the casing it is necessary to tilt it slightly and check if it is equipped with a retaining clip, in which case it must be loosened. Now remove the mirror and release it carefully from its holder. Remove the glass from the mirror and disconnect the electrical connectors, apply a treatment product to them. Continue with the installation of the new mirror: insert the electrical connectors and install the new glass by pressing in the center. Care must be taken to ensure that the glass is properly aligned with the locking tabs in the housing.
