In campers, vans, and some types of cars, the spare wheel is not located under the boot floor cover but directly underneath the vehicle and is held in place by mechanisms that require a spanner to release the wheel. The video shows us three types of these mechanisms. In the first two, as we can see, the wheel is held by a rod or a metal basket and is lowered to the ground with it after loosening the bolt with the spanner. In the last case, however, there is no component that is released along with the wheel.
