To remove stuck injectors from a diesel engine, a pneumatic extractor is unfortunately required. Removing them by hand if they are stuck is not easy. If you want to try, there are kits available on major e-commerce platforms, ranging from £60 to £130, depending on the engine you are working on. Once you manage to remove the injector and it is still stuck, it is due to metallic deposits clogging it. Specific equipment is needed here, such as an ultrasonic cleaner, to wash the injector tip, while the base can simply be blown out with an air compressor.
