How can you tell if your diesel particulate filter (DPF) is full or clogged? The YouTuber explains this in the video. The system uses a sensor that measures the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the filter. The sensor calculates a delta between these two values. If the difference is very high, it means that the gases are not flowing correctly, and it is likely that the filter is full of particulates and not discharging properly. However, this can also happen if the sensor has become 'miscalibrated'. This occurs if you have replaced the filter but not the sensor (these two components should always be replaced together).
