Modern diesel engines have a specific system for reducing particulate matter; through the injection of AdBlue, the emitted NOx is reduced, and the presence of pollutants in the exhaust gases decreases. However, the use of AdBlue presents a series of challenges for the engine. The AdBlue injector operates at very high temperatures, promoting the crystallisation of the liquid, leading to blockages in the injector itself, which can cause low pressure in the AdBlue pump, low circuit pressure, errors in AdBlue level readings, starting errors, and blockages in the tank, AdBlue pump, and injectors. AdB Treat by Genart stabilises the function of the liquid, prevents the formation of blockages, protects the injector and NOx catalyst, is very easy to dose, and being highly concentrated, one bottle allows for dosing up to 100 litres of AdBlue.
