How to replace the front headlamp glass?

To replace the glass on the front headlamp of the car, first disconnect the wires connected to the headlamp unit, loosening the screws that secure the headlamp in its housing. This will allow the headlamp unit to be completely removed from its housing. Now, heat the entire perimeter of the glass part covering the headlamp with a hot air gun; this will soften the adhesive holding the headlamp unit. You can then use a screwdriver to pry off the glass cover and replace it with a new one.
