Here’s how to add a custom voice on the Waze navigator: select the speaker icon located at the top right. This will take you to the "Sound" settings, specifically to "Voice Guidance". You can then access the "Voice Recorder" option.

Here you will find a list where you can read all the instructions needed for voice guidance. It will take some patience, as there are many instructions to record; naturally, it will not read the names of the streets, which will continue to be read by the synthesised voice.

Then save the recording and set it as the primary voice.
