How to Replace the Rear Light Bulb on a Car

Replacing the rear light bulb on a vehicle is very simple; this maintenance task can be performed in a few minutes and independently. Today, I will explain how to carry out this task, which is similar in most cars. First, open the boot and remove the two Torx screws located on the sides of the light unit. Once the screws are removed, you can take the light out of its housing; be careful not to damage the wiring and connectors while removing it. Now, disconnect the connector or connectors of the worn bulb and insert a new one into the light unit, then reconnect the connector. Place the light back into its housing and secure it with the two screws.
