In this video we see how to clean the AdBlue injectors of VAG group cars. In this specific case it is a Volkswagen Sharan, but the procedure is the same for Audi, Seat and Skoda. We need to lift the car and secure it on two jack stands. Going underneath and about halfway through the catalytic converter, we find our injector, exposed and easily accessible. We will need an Allen key, but first we remove the electrical connector and the delivery tube. Once the injector is removed we see that it is full of residue, and the tube on the other side is in the same condition. To clean the valve, our friendly youtuber uses a secret technology: a plastic bottle filled with water, which is sprayed directly on the valve. In fact, AdBlue is water soluble and a little water is enough to clean it perfectly. As for the tube, clean it with a small metal hook, because nothing should fall into the catalytic converter. Now that everything is clean, we put the valve back in place, reattach the delivery tube and the electrical connector. Operation completed.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
