Timing Points of the JTD 2.0 MultiJet 16V Engine

In this video, you will see the timing points of a JTD MultiJet 2.0/1.9 and 1.6 16V engine. Fiat/Alfa Romeo/Opel. When fitting the timing belt, you need to find the timing points provided by the YouTuber. First, remove two 8 mm plugs located on the sides of the rail. Apply the jig and turn the engine clockwise until you hear the gear locking the cams. For the fuel pump, there are two holes where you can screw in 6 mm bolts, while underneath it is better to place the jig directly (though you can also mark it with a marker before removing the belt).
