The battery in most remote keys is located in the rear compartment. To access the battery slot, open the metal key by pressing the appropriate button.

Lift the cover using a knife or flathead screwdriver. Remove the cover to access the battery, then simply extract the old battery and replace it with the new one. Reverse the steps for reassembly, and you're done!
