In this video, learn how to replace the battery of a Start & Stop vehicle. There are two types of Start & Stop batteries: EFB (Enhanced Flood Battery) and AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat). You need to know which type is fitted to your vehicle.

If your vehicle has an EFB, you can replace it with either an EFB or an AGM; the AGM offers superior performance but is more expensive. If your vehicle has an AGM, you must replace it with another AGM. EFB batteries are suitable for vehicles with normal consumption, while AGM batteries are designed for vehicles with higher consumption, primarily driven in urban areas and featuring energy recovery during braking.

They have three times the charge of a conventional battery. By searching the battery's serial number on the Varta website, you can determine if it is an EFB or AGM. Many recent German brands have an intelligent sensor, and in these vehicles, new batteries can be registered with a diagnostic device, adapting them to the condition and age of the new battery.

The production date is always indicated on the bottom of Varta batteries. A new battery lasts approximately five years.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
