The cigarette lighter is an accessory designed to light cigarettes, but in most cases, its socket is used for something else: to charge the phone, to operate the satellite navigator or other devices. It often happens that suddenly it stops working. The reason is simple: this component is designed to work for a few seconds, just enough to heat the resistor and light the cigarette. Instead, we use it for hours, either charging our smartphone or using it to operate the navigator, if not installed in the car. This inevitably leads to burning the fuse, which is usually 20/30 amperes. Therefore, it is necessary to always have a spare one and know where it is located in order to easily replace it.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
