The procedure for replacing the battery on the Volkswagen Touareg involves loosening the screws that secure the driver's seat at the front and lower back, in order to disconnect the connectors and remove it completely. Once this has been removed, it will be possible to move the carpet and access the underlying battery: the device must be disconnected from the appropriate power cables and freed from its fixing screws. In this way, it will be possible to insert the new device, fixing and connecting it properly and repositioning the seat.
