Today's steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the trunk lock actuator of the Volkswagen Golf. First, we open the rear hatch of the trunk and start removing the inner plastic lining in order to access the lock; then we unscrew the actuator screws, disconnecting the electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new lock actuator, securing it properly and connecting it to check its operation before reassembling everything, following the video tutorial until the end!
