Latest generation diesel Volkswagen cars are equipped with a nitrogen oxide reduction system that uses AdBlue liquid to comply with Euro regulations. A safety system prevents the car from starting if the liquid level is too low, so it is useful to keep an eye on the amount in its tank.

Sit in the driver's seat, turn on the ignition, and using the controls on the right side of the steering wheel, select 'AdBlue range' from the settings menu on the central display to obtain the required information.
