Volkswagen diesel cars, latest generation, are equipped with a nitrogen oxide reduction system that uses Adblue liquid to comply with Euro regulations. A safety system prevents the car from starting if the liquid level is too low, so it is useful to keep an eye on the quantity in the tank. Sit in the driver's seat, turn on the instrument panel, use the controls on the right side of the steering wheel to select the settings menu on the central display and then "Adblue autonomy" to get the information needed.
