How do you replace the EGR valve of the Volkswagen Polo?

In order to replace the EGR valve of the Volkswagen Polo, you need to open the hood so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment: here you will be able to locate the EGR valve at the rear of the engine block. This is connected to the exhaust manifold and it will be possible to remove it from its seat by unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the connectors; at this point it will be possible to insert the new valve into its housing and secure it with the appropriate screws and connectors, checking that it functions properly.
