Operation: How to remove the Polo 1400 TDI EGR valve

Let's see how to clean the EGR valve of a Volkswagen polo. We raise the front hood, we identify the pieces to be disassembled to access the EGR valve. We unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe, remove the soundproofing panel of the engine. We begin to disassemble the locking pins of the EGR valve as in the video (if we have problems: we lift the car with a jack and proceed to disassemble the piece from below). We unscrew and screws above the valve to clean. We clean the valve with the help of a product suitable for cleaning mechanical parts. We mount the valve in the engine compartment once the maintenance is finished.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
