In order to disassemble the EGR valve it is necessary to: open the bonnet, locate the valve and loosen the clamp that blocks the pipe on the right side, remove the rubber pipe located above the valve and then disassemble the pipe joint. right in front of the filter itself. With a Allen wrench proceed to unscrew the fixing bolts of the valve body, in this way it will be possible to remove the throttle body. With the same Allen wrench proceed to disassemble the remaining part of the valve. At that point, remove all sludge residues inside the pipes and reassemble the two components of the valve and relative pipes.
