EGR Valve Issue Prevents TDI Engine Start on a Volkswagen Polo 6R

This video shows the disastrous situation of a TDI engine in a Volkswagen Polo 6R that fails to start due to the EGR valve: the boost pressure pipe is then checked. The YouTuber disconnects it, and when it is disconnected, the car literally jumps to life. It runs a bit longer but then chokes, as pure exhaust gases escape from the pipe. The problem is definitely a faulty EGR valve: a test is performed by removing the pipe to see if the engine continues to run and if gas escapes from there as well. Once reattached, a real disaster occurs, with smoke coming out from all sides.
