How to replace the headlight bulb of a Volkswagen Tiguan?

To replace the headlight bulb of a Volkswagen Tiguan, start by turning off the engine and opening the hood. Locate the back of the headlight that contains the bulb to be replaced. Remove the plastic protective cover by either rotating it or unlocking the clips depending on the model. Once the cover is removed, locate the electrical connector attached to the bulb and disconnect it by gently pulling. Next, find the securing clip that holds the bulb in place and release it. Carefully remove the old bulb from the socket, avoiding touching the new bulb with your fingers to prevent damage and contamination. Insert the new bulb into the socket in the same orientation as the old one, making sure it is securely in place. Reattach the securing clip, reconnect the electrical connector, and put the plastic cover back in place. Close the hood and turn on the headlights to verify that the new bulb is functioning properly.
