In this video we can see how to change the battery of the Volkswagen Tiguan remote control: the first thing to do is to remove the emergency key from the remote control, then turn a flat-head screwdriver clockwise in the outer guide until the cover opens; then simply slide the cover in the direction of the arrow and remove it. Under the cover, we will find the old battery, which will be easy to remove and replace with the new one, being careful to respect the polarity. Now all that remains is to put the cover back in place and put the physical key back in place. Operation completed.
