How to disassemble the door panel of a Volkswagen Polo?

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo 5, Polo V, MK 5, MK V, 6R - Years 2009-2017

To disassemble the door panel of a Volkswagen Polo, start by lowering the window completely and turning off the engine. Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully remove the cover of the inner door handle, revealing the underlying screws. Unscrew these screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Next, look for and remove any other visible screws along the perimeter of the panel. Once all the screws are removed, use a plastic tool to gently pry along the edges of the panel to release the plastic clips that secure the panel to the door. Lift the panel upwards to free it from the upper edge of the door. Carefully disconnect the electrical connectors of the window and mirror controls, if present. Finally, remove the panel completely, being careful not to damage the plastic clips and wiring.
