Today we will explain how to replace the button for opening and closing the passenger side window on Volkswagen Golf Passat and Tiguan vehicles. To perform this operation, we need to use a plastic tool for leverage; this tool can be purchased online or at auto parts stores. We insert our plastic tool into the switch panel and with a slight pressure we remove the button. Disconnect the connector and connect it to the new button, reinsert the button into the housing and complete the process by testing its operation.
