Today we will explain the steps to replace the battery of the remote control for Volkswagen Jetta, Tiguan, and Passat vehicles using a CR 2025 battery. The first step is to remove the top part of the remote control.

The second step is to insert a screwdriver into the top part to open the cover of the remote control. The third step is to remove the old battery and immediately insert the new one. The fourth step is to close the battery cover and reassemble the previously removed part.

The fifth step is to test the functionality of the remote control.
