How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in a VW Up

Model: Volkswagen Up MK 1 - Years 2011-2024

To replace the cabin air filter in a Volkswagen Up, first locate its position inside the car. In this case, the filter is situated low down (at the top right of the accelerator pedal) on the driver's side. As shown in the images, you can recognise the housing box. Proceed to open it by acting on the closing clip. Remove the filter by pulling it down with your fingers and replace it with the new one you have purchased, ensuring it is suitable for your car. Close the filter housing by first inserting the lid from the hinge side and then clipping it into place.
