How do you remove the window switch panel located in the door trim (passenger side) of a Volkswagen Golf 4? Follow these steps for disassembly. Before starting, disconnect the battery terminals in the engine bay. Use a lever to remove the retaining clips located under the switch panel of the door.

Once all the retaining screws of the switch panel are removed, pry it out and pull it from the door panel. Finally, disconnect the power cables using a screwdriver or pliers and replace the switch panel.
