If we believe that we do not need our car to remind us to wear the seatbelt because we do it on our own initiative, we can consider removing the annoying buzzer that reminds us, especially if we have loaded a lot of weight on the passenger seat and the sensor interprets it as a person. There are two ways to do this: through the EOBD port on the onboard computer, or by disconnecting the sensor located under the seat, which is what we will do in the video: we pull the seat as far back as possible, and we will find a plastic cover, which we will remove and inside a compartment we will find two electrical connectors. The black one is the sensor we are interested in, while the yellow one is the airbag sensor; so we remove the black connector, put the cap back on, and the operation is complete.
