Disabling the seat belt buzzer on a Volkswagen Golf 5 is a very simple operation, which can be done independently. Many people prefer to disable the buzzer by removing the fuse or modifying the ECU through the OBD port and diagnostic computer. In the case of this video to disable the system: -we open the passenger side door; -we push back the passenger seat; -we remove the carpet cover; -we disconnect the internal connector; once the buzzer is removed it will not work, but an error code may appear on the screen.
